Please complete the form below to submit returns to Packer Norris Parts and/or Norris Automotive Group. A new form must be submitted for each type of return. You may enter multiple part numbers on each form. **See Return Policies Listed Below

In an effort to expedite deliveries to you and all customers we try to coordinate the pick-up of returns with a delivery to your location or when the driver is in the immediate area. If you have something that is more time sensitive and needs to be picked-up sooner, please make note of that in the comments section of the return form.

Parts Return Policies – Manufacturer Guidelines require that all parts (including new part returns, core returns & warranty claims) be returned in original packaging. Warranty claims must include a copy of original invoice/repair order showing date & mileage of original installation, current invoice/repair order showing replacement date, mileage, and a detailed description of part failure. New Parts must be returned uninstalled, and in new/saleable condition. No returns on electrical parts/obsolete parts/special orders. Damage claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery. New Part Returns (not needed/ordered in error) must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. All cores and warranty part returns must be fully assembled and properly drained of fluids. All new part returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All claims/returns are subject to approval/inspection/audit/chargeback.
